When you request a quote, we collect the contact, vehicle, service, project, and timing information you provide. The website may also record the page and campaign information associated with your request.

How we use it

Black Label uses this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange service, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and understand which marketing activities generate inquiries.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, and actions such as quote requests, phone clicks, and email clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information. Service providers

Information may be processed by website hosting, email-delivery, analytics, spam-prevention, and business software providers working on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

We retain inquiry records only as reasonably necessary for customer service, business, legal, and security purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must retain.
